Such a profound relationship. Horowitz is, in my opinion, the greatest pianist of the modern era. Yet, without the one piano that he loved above all others and the one person he trusted above all others to allow that piano to speak correctly — well, we could never have known the full beauty and expressiveness of a Horowitz performance.
