Course Content

Six Two-Hour Video Cassettes or DVDs:


   
Notebook Introduction to Piano Service is taught by Randy Potter, Registered Piano Technician, andintroduces the student to piano tuning, piano inspection and how to evaluate a piano for purchase or service, and basic tuning techniques.

Basic and Intermediate Tuning Techniques is taught by master teachers George Defebaugh and Jim Coleman, Sr., both Registered Piano Technicians and regular instructors at International and Regional Piano Technicians Guild Institutes and Conventions, along with Randy Potter.

Basic and Intermediate Repairing Techniques (two, two-hour tapes or DVDs) and Basic and Intermediate Regulating Techniques are taught by Randy Potter, Registered Piano Technician, founder of the school and a regular instructor at International and Regional Piano Technicians Guild Institutes and Conventions.
